My Lagonda 1984 is slow charging. When I first start the car it takes a few minutes before it charges correctly, so it first the turning signal, window, etc. do not work until the alternator charges correctly. Is the alternator going bad?

Sounds like a fault.

Alternator or more likely the alternator regulator.

I confused between ' not working' and 'working slowly'; My alternator has been checked and repaired, but the popup light and windows are working slowly when charge is less than 11 V
