Hi all,
still looking for the following parts to help with the completion of what I think is the first (if not first then one of the first 3) fuel injected Lagonda's
Interior roof lights
passenger and driver side grab handles
roof blinds both top and rear
the black aluminium windscreen surround
rear self adjusting dampers
rear seat belts
and probably a bunch of other stuff
If anyone has the above or a list f p[arts for sale Id be interested.
cheers
Steve
ps I made a serious offer on the white scrap Lagonda in Japan but not near the USD40K for both so now just after individual parts |

The grab handles from a Jaguar XJ6/12 (S2, S3) fit. The holes for mounting align. Difference that I noted are the covers over the screws which differ slightly and are typically chromed on a Jaguar.
The interior roof lights are a mystery to me, haven't been able to find another car or bus or plane that uses these. I was missing the 2 rear ones and used 2 from a Cadillac, not the same but they fit in well.
I wouldn't be surprised if the seat belts are shared with other English cars.
Things like the windscreen surround(s) and the rear shocks are very Lagonda specific. |

We have diff interior lights lying around. AML got them from some Jap car (maybe even 2nd hand) and cut and shut them to fit. Exactly which ones do you need? |

Another question, this time re colour. 13465 is December '85 build and I'm trying to determine the actual colour, it looks darker than Warwick blue which I dont thnk was available then anyway, so could either be Ming Blue or Pacific Blue?
Its a very dark blue and the same colour as the Tickford car for the shah of Oman.
Any advice other than just getting it colour matched at a paint specialist?
cheers

Not sure. Doubt it. Think you could probably have any colour if you were prepared to pay for it. |
