13213 is part of the Tiriac Collection in Romania owned by former tennis player and coach Ion Tiriac:

Look for the Lagonda at 5:37 next to a Jaguar XJ220 and a few V8 Astons.

Quite a spectacular collection! 350 cars with 160 of them on display.
