- But I have no clue about the VIN. Why do you think it is 13165 ?

Deduction :
1. This car has got a VIN number between 13008 and 13283 (no rear power windows)
2. This car is registered in Switzerland and was 'recently' displayed ( see the Alfa Romeo SZ in the edge )
3. The 2 possible cars in the Roger's directory are 13088 (known) and this one, so the only way to be sure is to ask the question.
