I intend to do some wood panels, too. But obviously Marko's people neve have worked on a Lagonda. So, are there any pictures how to:
- remove the interior of the door
- remove the wood in front of the passenger
Without causing any damage, of course. |

Remove the two screws from the underside of the lower leather panel and pull downwards and away to release.
Remove the three of four screws that secure the wood panel mount brackets to the dash frame and pull the wood panel downwards and away, it may be tight against the end panels but will just pull down.
For those with earlier digital dash cars thinking this does not sound right, the CRT cars are constructed in a different way.

No it is not. The piece shown has a screw on the front edge, and two rivets underneath. Remove these and slightly pull out at the bottom while pushing the whole thing up to unclip.
Here you can see the two clips and where the rivets fix the bottom:
I think there is some bending of the stainless steel required for the door strips (maybe just the front and rear edges?), and the front and rear ones come off when the valances are removed, again pushing up to unclip the top.

For the whole interior the estimate is 38 square meters. But I am unsure about this.
I ve got the leather from a German dealer at the price of 80 Euro per square meter.
I have no other quality or type indications! |
