That late Series 3 (one of the last 35 cars - with VFC dash) has been stuck in the unknown section of the gallery for many years:

It is spotted quite frequently in New York (lots of photos on Instagram etc. taken by various car spotters). But it has also been spotted in Europe a few years ago.
I have done a bit of digging on the internet and found out who the owner is:
Oliver Renaud-Clément, a New York art dealer with a passion for wedge cars (Lagonda, Ferrari 308 GT4, Ferrari 400i, Maserati Ghibli).
All his cars have registration numbers with his initials “ORC” + “NYC" + a number (1 - 4)
More about his ORCNYC registered cars:

I noticed this quote in one of the above articles:
Quote: | ” When he bought his Lagonda, again a California car, he said he got screwed. By that he meant the Aston was burned so badly it needed a new VIN, not to mentiion a complete engine rebuild. But, as M. Renaud-Clément was keen to point out, the electronics worked fine, and he’s never had any trouble with them. |
The car is currently painted white, but I have a suspicion that it could have changed color at some point. The reason for this is another US car in the unknown section of the gallery:

- The rather unusual steering wheel color + the similar unusual light blue color of the carpets match the unknown white car. And both have the VFC dash. Plus both have what appears to be a similar aftermarket stoplight mounted in the rear window.
But it could also be this one (with burn damage):
