Roger, here is another one to be clarified in your book:

On Ebay there is currently this:

The CRT tubes. What is interesting is that the seller says that the center one was white and had an overlay to give us the correct color! Can this be true?

I thought the central one was not white. But the seller says:

"Here are the genuine part number right from Aston Martin:
38.20027 CRT, Green, Left & Right
38.20028 CRT, White, Center
38.20568 Overlay for the Center CRT

This information is direct from the Aston Workshop in the UK."

So what do you think?

The parts manual does show the exterior screens as green and the centre as white, with a separate overlay. I shall ask WS about the overlay next week.

The centre CRT is white because the overlay has different colours on it for the warning lights imprinted on the overlay.
