I know (knew) this car - about two years ago we rebuilt the CRT's, had a small amount of welding done to the right rear chassis leg and front left sill.

Don't know what the rear door shut faces are like beneath the covers though!

Also put a new radiator into it and re jetted the carburettors amongst other work too.

It was a nice car but previous asking price of 25K too high I think.

It has obviously gone down hill badly over the last two years.

I think it will still make a good car once the work is done. Be interesting to see who bought it.

At that price I would have but I was not even aware it was on Ebay!

Last time I spoke to the (previous) vendor, he was adamant that it would not go for less than 22K, from memory so something very odd has happened here.

Also, who knows how far the winning bidder would have gone if pushed?
