Maybe this topic could be followed by other owner for their own last cars bought ( Roger : sticky ? ).
I begin the quizz :
The car was build in the 80's at less than 500 ex. The motor is a straight 6. I am a ... ?
Arnaud, Francis, Rodolphe and Dimitri know about it so they don't answer...

Yes, I would class the Princess as a 70s car, and likewise the Triumph straight six was 70s.
No Lotus straight six, DMC-12 was a V6.. |

The Lotus Esprit S1 has sharped lines, maybe I'll buy one in the future...
I like the DMC 12 a lot, but one says it's less reliable than a Lagonda...except the fat V6 PRV.
Some years ago, I had the chance to own a SAFRANE BITURBO, fitted with the V6 PRV tuned at 280 BHP, a very very very nice car built at only 780 units. I crashed the first one, bought another one, crashed it one year and one week after the first one and decided to buy a third one. My wife said she didn't want to get widow, and threated me to divorce if I bought a third one...

Vincent, on the DMC, it has the same horrible turning circle as a Lag,
so yes it looks like one, but they ride a lot worse(not even Lotus could make it handle properly/ as a sportscar!!!!)  |

I do have a soft spot for the DeLorean, but back to the topic..
Maserati Karif was low volume but V6, I seem to be left with Mercedes - 300SL - but too high volume and not square enough.
Straight six says front engine, rear wheel drive. Less than 500 says niche manufacturer / hand built. I am running out of suggestions.. |

How about a Bitter?? 80-s , having Opel straight 6 running gear and very edgy! only a few build.

It's a Bitter SC 3.9. And yes a 4 door would have been great, but only made at 3 or 5 units...

Note the Pinto gave his engine as basis to develop the ( very nice ) 2litre DOHC Cosworth putted in the Sierra/Saphire in the 80's ( I had one in the past ).
The Pacer has the particularity to present 2 different sides : the doors are different from left side to right one. An awful car indeed !
