Part of our thank you e-mail posted here for prosperity.
Val & I would like to express our thanks to everyone for such a great weekend in Dinard. We really enjoyed meeting up with you all.
The ultimate superstar of the whole event was, of course, Sandra, with special thanks also going to Noella and Jean Claude. What can we all say but to offer our huge thank you's & congratulations for all their hard word in organizing such a fabulous time for us all. The whole weekend was nothing short of Brilliant. Thank you. x x x x x.
I would also like to express my gratitude to all the "Lagonda Nurses", (As Sandra now calls these mechanical geniuses.). Without their expertise help, several of us would probably still be stranded somewhere scratching our heads wondering what to do next. Thank you guys - Very much appreciated.
We look forward to seeing everyone in 2012.

Sorry Jean Claude but we do not have a nice photo of you. Perhaps someone else would oblige and post one up on the forum.
Désolé Jean-Claude, mais nous n'avons pas une belle photo de vous. Peut-être quelqu'un d'autre obligerait et un poste sur le forum.

Looks like it was a great event. You needed some big car parks for all those long cars!
Roger, I also noticed that yours was the only car with upside-down front indicators..

Dear fellow Lagondists,
With much delay due to work commitments, here are my pictures taken during the latest Lagonda V8 event.
https://picasaweb.google.com/albionclassiccars/LagondaV82011?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCNGgwKf5of7mngE&feat=directlink
Apologies for the duplicates with other people’s images and apologies also if one black car in particular and its matching Bond girl do appear a bit too frequently…
As always, Virginie and I had a terrific time in Brittany, meeting new & old friends.
A very special thanks to our hosts, Miss Sandra, our “Miss Lagonda” (perhaps an exciting idea for the next trophy), and the Dufetrelles for a spotless organisation. Everything was perfect : great hotel, great food, great visits and what a setting ! They even managed to get the nice weather in too. We enjoyed every minute of it, just a shame we couldn’t stay until the very end.
Another big thank you to our Lagonda “doctors”, David & Vincent (sorry just can’t imagine these chaps in white skirts – not very sexy - so won’t call them nurses), for their invaluable help in critical situations. Finally, I am so grateful to Harry for those truly impressive pewter Lagonda models. One now stands proud on my office desk and since I now find myself without Lagonda as most of you will know by now (one is rotten as a peach and the other has had a heart attack during the final lap of a Le Mans-style Dinard-Tournai race…), contemplating the pewter model will help me cope through those cold & dark Winter months.
Virginie and I look forward to next year’s event wherever it is held by which time we will have a Lagonda back on the road. Since we are relatively recent newcomers, we don’t really have a preference but since Michael seems to be the only one to really want to organise it, Bavaria/Austria would be great but please not during the first weekend in September ! Francis, you can count me in for a 2-week trans-Canadian trip even at relatively short notice even though I understand that some people may need planning this several years in advance.
Best wishes for now and hopefully, we’ll see most of you at the mini Lagonda meet in the Ardennes early next Spring.
Virginie & Dimitri

Roger,
Isn't there an omission from your final list of cars present ?
What about the organiser's car?
Wasn't it there ?
