As Soliver did not deliver glasses to Aston Martin, perhaps those glasses where originaly made for some other car manufacturer, and as Aston Martin was in such a hurry to have a car ready and in small numbers perhaps they just used glasses already in production for some other car manufacturer, but who?
regards han

Why not ask Mark Hewitt @ AML Heritage Parts?

mhewitt6@astonmartin.com

or Julian @ Puddleduck Parts?

The window frame has the same style than the one of the Lotus Esprit.
But the windows are IMHO specific to the Lagonda. I may ask to Soliver (which manufactured the glass certainly on the early S2 ), not far from me , if they can re-manufacture a little serie of each ( but at least 15 pces/each if I remind their possibilities in the late 90's )...Any interest ?
I think the best solution is second-hand... Smile

Han and I are working on it
Cool When checking on my cars, noticed that every glass bears the same
numbers and no separate part number on it where ever.

Mr erik huyghe of soliver purchase and logistics, tlf 32 51 26 85 09 expedittly answered my mail on the 26.04.10 that as to his knowledge Soliver never made any glasses for aston martin.
upon me remarking that all the glasses were marked soliver, he again on the 27th answered that they never made such deliveries.
so, what is the solution to the mysterie?
regards han

This could be interesting : on the rear screen of my 13034, I found another brand : AUTOLASI (finland ) - Group Saint Gobain
