Car was restored by S Watkins in 2002.
A mechanic ran it into a brick wall at full power in 2005 I think.
It was described as 'totalled'

I am trying to aqquire the car...
it has front end damage, but looks repairable..surely not for the insurance company but maybe for an amateur during weekends and rainy days......( that would be me) 
hopefully engine wasnt damaged,,
if i get it i will need front end parts..so anybody whom knows of bonnet,wheel arch left and right,grille and so on for sale please write me..
what was the extent of the restoration ?? what was done ?? |

I WILL POST PICS OF MY PAST WINTER RESTORATION AS SOON AS ITS OUT OF PAINT SHOP..STILL LOTS TO DO, BUT A FRESHLY PAINTED LAGONDA IS ALWAYS NICE TO SEE IN THE MORNING..
IF I GET THIS OTHER ONE I WILL POST PICS BEFORE AND AFTER AS WELL.. |

the car was sold through an insurance auction,
i thought it would be nice to have 2 lagondas...so i bought it..
should be here in sweden in 3 weeks approx..
now i have 2 lagondas that need restoration/fixing... |

i do not know, but my guess is that it should be..
that will be one of my first tests after we straighten the nose up, start engine and try gearbox ,,after that the body shall be repaired..atleast with this complete car ,although damaged ,it shall help me in the reassembly of my other one... |

When my car got damaged by a rekless mechanic, I purchased a car that had front end damage and used the parts from the back to fix my rear end.
Cars of the first generation have no rear roll down windows up until 13285 or so. Afterward they all have roll down windows so I assume your new purchase has them.
The conversion is not so simple but doable, heck I did it and I am no mechanic! I may have a donner car for you to fix your front end and your roll down window on the first car.
You will need to wait for a bit but I can probably get you the parts you need at a descent price from the USA.
Let me know if you are interested and I will get this other guy to contact you.

i got an answer from e gentleman in netherlands that say he might have front parts but havent heard from him for a while..
