Hi everybody,

I do have the following problem on 13280, the air (inside blower) never stops working when the key is on III. I think it is a relay, apparently, there are two relays (low or fast) but can't find where these are located.
Does anyone have an idea ? That would be really kind !
Thank you for your help !

The A/C relays on LHD cars are on the right side, under the dashboard.

I don't think this is right.

There are two relays for the radiator fans - slow and fast - these are mounted on the crossmember in front of the engine at one side.

There is a single relay for the A/C fan inside the car. This relay is energised either when the engine temp gets up to a reasonable level (125 degrees F switch on the top/front of the engine) or the cabin temp is high (80 degrees F switch in binnacle next to heater control lever).

Once the relay operates due to either of the above conditions, the fan is in the low position even if the lever is set to 'Off'. Fan speed is controlled by a resistor mounted close to the fan behind the dash on the passenger side and switching from the heater control lever or the aircon brains in 'auto' mode (I think).

The operation is slightly confusing since 'off' is not 'fan off', but a cold engine will make it appear to be.
