--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Maybe the Lagonda was the first 'world car' ever built !

I list below ( it's not exhaustive ) some donators/contributors :

JAGUAR : steering, front suspension, brakes, steel & pepperpot wheels, inside door locks, mirrors( S2/S3)...
FORD : door latches, knobs for seats & windows, mirrors (S4)...
AUSTIN : wiper blades, fuel filter...
RENAULT : wiper blades, headlights S2/S3...
CITROEN : additionnal front lights
CHRYSLER : windows & door locks motors, gearbox, starter...
LAND ROVER : A/C compressor
PEUGEOT : manifold gasket
TALBOT : knobs on dash ( late S3&S4)
NISSAN : headlights S4
TOYOTA : ceiling lights

I also fitted my car with this :

RENAULT KANGOO : door rubbers
RENAULT MAXITY/NISSAN CABSTAR : battery
RENAULT/VOLVO TRUCKS : silentblocs of the muffler line.

The gasket of the thermostat is same as a RENAULT TRUCK kind.
All the supports, wire-hangings and silent-blocs of the muffler line can easily be replaced by new silent-blocs from VOLVO/RENAULT TRUCKS like on my car.
When I'll have more time, I propose to compile a wide list or making a rolling list with experience of others in alternative parts.

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent for the wiper arms ?

Also, I found that the fuses covers in the engine bay are from Triumph TR6

Absolutely no idea, just as for the rear lights and the front indicators...
The wipers motor seems coming from a Jag...

Having one of the headlamp lift motors almost dead, I looked at different makes and it looks like it is the same mounted on Triumph TR7, apparently you just need to fit your plug to the new motor.

Hi Harry !

That would be great to double check for the motors ! I didn't have time to look on mine and compare the motors but on different pictures found on Google, they look very similar
Many thanks for your offer ! I left mine to a shop to see if they can repair it, if not, I'll send you an MP Wink

Wiper arms can be replaced by Valeo wiper arms for the Renault Laguna wiper arms (first series I think) driver's side.

I found yesterday a new donnor for the Lagonda :

The accelerator cable, which can be replaced with a bicycle brake cable...believe it or not, that's true ! Laughing

The engine motor mounts are from Jaguar XJ12 - just replaced - and cheap for new ones!

I've never been able to figure out what car the rear taillight lenses came from?
