Yes sad news. Let us hope that it will not be threatening for the company and that the recession will be over, soon.

But virtually all car companies are in troubles right now, even Toyota, not to mention the cuts at Rolls Royce, Bentley, Maybach....
BMW even has cancelled its top of the line model!

So what does this mean for AM and Lagonda?
Let us hope they will not cancel the Lagonda project! If they can afford they should cancel the Rapide - it is due in 2010 - the recession might not be over then, but develop a fantastic Lagonda - due 2012 - just in time when people want to buy luxury cars, again!
