I am not certain though(yet).

The green car in the photo at Woburn, was parked just behind the 13008. We can see it in the black and white photo with Lord and Lady Tavistock.

It is now confirmed that VNK352S (13005-green) was present when VNK353S (13008-red-Tavistock car) was delivered.
One says it was because if something wrong happened, there was an alternative for the press. Something wrong happened because 13008 was unable to ride. That's the confusion.
13007 runs with 13005 engine…
Was 13005 rebuild to make 13007 ? With gutters like on 13002 ? Nobody knows.
