Roger, as allways in good mood!

Provisional list:

- Roger Ivett
- Zoran Mitrovic

and we will celebrate the publishing of the most important motoring book of the decade:

"Towns'Lagonda V8: A myth, a legend and the bravest car Aston Martin ever made, by Roger Ivett, harcover, 593 pages and 891 coloured photopgraphs."

Do you count England in to Europe? Or is it maybe France ( Chateau... ), or Switzerland again?

Zoran

Me too, or three.

As for 2008, any of you Brits or others coming from the north, fancy
coming via our home (north east of Holland) on the way, looking around a bit and convoy up later??

For 2009 where do you think it should be held? Benelux?

Benelux could be nice, but two open questions :
A little bit of each country or only one or two ?
South Belgium and Luxemburg combination or Bruges and Netherlands ? Cool

I guess first we will have to find a volunteer to organise it.....
Then are we going to stick with the formula of friday arriving sunday leaving?

But Benelux is fine for me, I will be there...

Zoran (and others)

Do you think it should be exclusively wedges or do you think it should include other AMs? There is an argument for trying to keep it exclusive, but this could still be achieved as part of a larger mixed event.

My very personal feeling is that it should be about the wedge!

But if there is an owner coming with another car or someone who just have not bought it yet but is an enthusiast he should be wellcome, too.

Or let us say the participant should be somehow "connected" to the wedge.

But of course this is only my personal view, and if we would meet with other Aston Martin's I would be there, too!

I do understand & agree. There is nothing quite like a group of wedges together, wherever it might be.

Just a thougt in a thought ,for Benelux09, start up north ,next day cruise down (.kind of idea I made for pre meeting of 2008)

Don't pin me as Im better for thinking than planning but look this way:
Do something here With BBQ /what ever next day cruise to Bernard territory /sunday cruise to ... (luxemburg)

As I said ,just a T.

Another thougt :
Harry is busy for something in Netherlands (+ friday night)
Bernard ( not yet contacted ) and/or me are busy for something in Belgium ( saturday night ) + short escape in Luxemburg (sunday morning) ?
I agree to take the Belgian part...
And as I think the Wedge is not so loved by other AM owners, why would they be invited Question

Why not include all Lagondas. The V12s and LG6s and Rapides pre and post war were definiteley wedge material, flamboyant, fast and luxerious. The 2.6 and 3 litres are economy models in comparison.

The thrust of these meetings must be wedge. After all that is their raison d'etre.

It would be o.k. for me to spread the organisation to different people and different places.

Consider this is a changement of the formula of the events 06 to 08. But a changement to the better is allways wellcome.

The next question is about "when"? Are we going to stick with august?
