S2A - steel wheels, flat grille badge, no opening rear windows - pre 13284
Left-mounted boot lock - 13218 on

LHD, US-style bumpers, side lights, number plate lights.

An US-spec car imported in the Middle East then ? Only US cars had plate lights...
