For those owners with UK registered cars who wish to have details of the previous owners for their history file I believe it is still possible to send a simple written request plus a cheque for £5.00 to the DVLA in Swansea and they will then send photocopies of previous registration documents (names & addresses) from their records. Not always complete though. Correct me if I am wrong. Has anyone tried this recently?
