Little changes could appear in the near future, but that is nearly the definitive schedule.

Single rate is ca 1000€/stay
Couple rate : ca 1500€/stay
Chidren sharing parent’s room : to be defined ( ca 500€)

THURSDAY 20/08

12 : 00 : lunch near St Omer ( 40’ drive from Calais)
14 : 00 : visit of the museum LA COUPOLE (audioguide)
16 : 00 : drive to St Valéry -sur-mer
17 : 30 : Hôtel Cap Hornu*** dipatch of rooms
19 : 00 : Welcome drink and speech – dinner.

FRIDAY 21/08

09 : 30 : drive to the ornithological park ‘ Le Marquenterre’
10 : 30 : guided tour with a french guide or free visit
12 : 00 : drive to Cap Hornu*** & lunch
14 : 00 : scenic drive along the coast to Le Tréport, view on the cliffs.
15 : 00 : visit of Le Tréport and funicular travel to enjoy the view over the sea & cliffs.
16 : 00 : drive to St Valéry -sur-mer
17 : 00 : boat cruise on the bay
18 : 00 : drive to Cap Hornu***
18 : 40 : bus to the steam train station of St Valéry -sur-mer
19 : 00 : travel on the steam train ‘ Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme’, enjoying a meal and the sunset over the bay aboard.
23 : 30 : bus to Cap Hornu***


SATURDAY 22/08


09 : 30 : drive to the underground city of Naours
10 : 30 : visit of Naours (audioguide)
12 : 30 : lunch
14 : 45 : visit of the Cathedral of Amiens (the biggest gothic cathedral in Europe) ; guided tour in English
18 : 00 : Cap Hornu*** to pimp us before gala dinner
19 :00 : we go to gala dinner with a bus.
SUNDAY 23/08
09 : 30 : farewell or optional program ‘ enroute’ to Calais or the Netherlands

OPTIONAL PROGRAM ( + 90 €/couple)

10 : 30 : Visit of Eperlecques Blockhaus ( V2 launch base destroyed before it was operational) and lunch
14 : 00 : Farewell (Calais is 40’ drive)

Costs : max 1500 € / couple – all inclusive ( except bar and private expenses) and based on a Privilege Room

There is one and only one Prestige Room available ( + 120€/stay). Please contact me ASAP for this.
There are 4 standard rooms available (-75€/stay)
This program is subject to little modifications.
So please confirm your presence as soon as possible. More information about money and food allergies to follow before end of this month.
