Hi There.Im stripping the interior so as to prepare for finding and fixing the rust. I have removed the rear seats and rear door panels. With the front ones i have removed the four wing nuts on each door panel but its still being held fast at the bottom of the panel and i cant seem to find out whats holding it.Also im having trouble getting to the bolts at the front of the front seats. The engine is out and there is now no power to the seat motor and they are in the lowest position. I might have to cut the carpet away for clearence. It need to be replaced anyway. Any advise would be apprieciated. RogerS.

For the seats, put a good battery in the boot and turn the key to 'contact', it should work.

Be prepared that seats will only lift in the back. Sliding further back might give some extra air.

Yes Steve it was the single screw from the armrest that was holding them.
I now have the driver seat out by using a steeply angled ring spanner.
Thank you..
