I use Castrol Classic 20W-50 recommended by Roos Engineering.

What is your cars VIN Number, where are you from and finally will you attend our meeting in Lindau?

I have bought my Lagonda from a U.S. New England Aston Martin dealer. It had its last oil change done with 20W50 oil. Runs great, no problems. I wondered because in Germany usually 15W40 is used. But as Lagondas tend to run at high temperatures, and as they lack sealings at the valve shafts, I probably will continue to use this oil.

But I am also interested in other opinions.

As per the dealer here, I use 20W-50 Mobile 1 synthetic.

i have used mobil 1 5/40 (i think)..
i really don't care if a little seeps out, i want the oil circulating fast when i start the car..
in fact, it sits so long between starts, i always let it crank for 10 seconds to be sure all engine surfaces are oiled before i pull the choke out and it fires up..

When my car goes to WS they put Mobil 1 in. I assume 20/50.
