33.000 Euros for a Lagonda in perfect condition.....Too good to be true!

Just got a reply from the seller!

Here is his story:

Hello!
First of all,I'm sorry for the late reply.I was away from the city ( job assignments ) and I couldn't e-mail you sooner.
The car is still available for sale,so if you're still interested I'll be waiting for your reply.The final price is 21000 euros ( I can't go lower ).
The car has never been involved in accidents or crashes.It's in perfect condition ( both mechanically and cosmetically ).No hidden problems whatsoever.
I inherited the car from my grandfather who lived in Spain.That's the reason I put the car on sale in Spain.I thought I will sell it much more faster.
I'm selling it because I already have 2 cars and I can't afford to pay extra taxes for another vehicle.
The car is now in Preston,Lancashire,U.K.I'm willing to ship it ( I will pay half of the shipping fees ).
If you'll decide to purchase it,I need your city postal code for estimations of the shipping fees.
I'll be waiting for your soonest reply.

This is a scam and the car will continue to move far away from you, making any sort of inspection impossible. He has no money, but has shipped the car overseas?

Preston is within an hour of me so I am happy to view it for you. Of course, there is no car there..

I am sure that if you were to look at the email headers, you would find the email came from Nigeria.

I have seen this scam many times on US advertisements.

What is the situation of the papers of the car?
Where is it registered and to what name?
Can you send me more pictures?
Data of the car like, serial number, millage, service record, etc...

I will ask for new pictures from Preston, not the ones he can get fron the web on this car. He will not be able to send me any new pictures or any valid papers on the car.

Then I will play with him... I will treaten him of turning him in to the FBI!
