I do like that Bitter Vincent.
This is Ruby, not a new purchase I know, Nicole's Beetle, bought in 2000, less than 1,000 miles since. She must go as I need the gasrage space.

Zoran
I cannot believe that you have found a Police car of that age with only 25,000 kms on the clock. That is quite some find. Well done.
Val & I are going to spend some time in Switzerland on the way home from Salzburg so if we get stopped by a police car I will have to make sure it is not you in the driving seat. LOL. |

Keith,
Different car but this might be why.

Not sure what punishment Zoran might receive for impersonating a policeman in Switzerland though. |

Roger - What are you implying ? ? ? ?
Enter Switzerland at your peril. Those very nice policemen will now have your number and will have a field day with you should you ever go back there.. |

Roger - why didn't you play the game?
"I have a car, from the '70s, but produced from the '40s with a design originating from the '30s..
More than 20 million were made up until 2003..
Rear engine, air cooled..
German.."
Ah, I see. It could only be one car.
She is quite a looker though. Tempted, but we already have enough cars we don't drive. |

It will be difficult to part with this smart Beetle!
But at least its not an english car!
Well those Police Men in Netherlands seem to be different to those in Switzerland, but now that I've seen this I might change the color of the car... |

Keith at that time I will drive a black car for sure! We'll have to make plans, so that I can show you some nice parts of Switzerland!
Have you already some spots in mind? |

Hi Zoran
We have booked to stay at a hotel by Lake Lucerne for 5 nights, leaving on the Saturday morning. We are really looking forward to exploring that region of your country. |

I don't think you would catch Helen in an SD1!
Obviously too easy though:
..and now I know where to get those lovely chrome cigar lighters for my Lagondas:
