O yeah, and a lovely painting with a 60s Lagonda wearing a Dutch licence plate, DE 87 07 reg d in the early 90-s and must be exported later as it is no longer reg-d in NL today.

Good deduction Watson but not quite exact!

The Lagonda Rapide in the painting was requested by the client who ordered the painting. the Front plate is DE 07 07 and it is the date the painting was divered to the client... That would be me...

The Rapide is a car that I always wanted... have not yet managed to buy one...

Ahh DE 07 07, it seems I will be in need of reading glasses.
(Dutch DE 07 07 is of a 1965 chevy Impala VCool
Anyway very nice painting Francis and a good car to own oneday ,
keep on hunting.
The One car for me to lust after and never to be owned(ex winning the multi million euro lottery) is the 1929-30 Deusenberg SJ (or just a J)and if possible the short wheelbase Cooper special Cool Cool Cool

No Santa Im not asking to much, am I ??
