|
|
I have recently bought a new PC which uses Windows 7 & Windows Live Mail. My old computer used Outlook Express for email.
Can anyone advise me of the best (simplest) method to transfer/extract my old emails & email addresses from Outlook Express to Live Mail?
Thanks. |

Open the research tool on your old computer.
search the files as '*.dbx'
or '*.wab' (email adresses )
You will see where are 'sent elements.dbx'; 'received elements.dbx' ;... which are in your local settings. You can then import the files on a USB key before importing on your new computer. I hope this will help. _________________ Welcome to Paradise ! (FRONT 242)
