Hi,

I have an excellent tool kit - pretty much unused including the contents of the first aid kit (although this is now out of date).

However, it is missing the insulating tape. My question:

What make was the insulating tape? Does anyone have it still in its wrapper? Any pictures?

Sorry - that was three questions..

Jonathan

Here is a picture of mine:

I have not checked the actual tape yet - only the picture.

It says:

20m
Self-adhesive
PVC
Electrical... ..Tape + something i can't read of the picture.
"Rubbolite"
Made in England

Best regards,

Soren

Thanks Soren,

I think it says "Electrical Insulation Tape" possibly with the part number below it - that would be useful to know.

It is going to be a long shot finding it - not the sort of thing people would think to keep as New Old Stock Sad

Still, I will try..

The AML ref. for the black tape included in the toolkit is 000291 in the parts manual...

I have the the Rubbolite tape also on my case.

I also have this breasted screwdriver that apparently is also an original AML tool in some tool kits. Can anyone confirm?

Francis

Thanks Francis.

I have an adjustable spanner in that place, but I must admit I prefer the breastdriver..
