Left hand drive, rounded top and that little curve on top pf the front head lights casing...like an eyebrow. It also has a square frame just below the front dual head lights suggesting a turn signal from the 70's or younger.
I would say it looks live a Rover. I am not very familiar with those cars so I leave the specific model to be descided by an other expert.

If it is a Fiat then it would be a 1500 from '66 to early 70-s
