I first saw a Lagonda when I worked for the man who had rescued Aston Martin from potential financial collapse. . He had a model of one on his desk and I fell instantly and totally in love. I thought of it as the most beautiful thing humans had ever created. I still think it's awesome. It disappeared some time in the mid-80's and has not been seen since. Then Ford bought the whole Aston Martin line and has not seen fit to revive it in its original beauty.
