| Message: I am very interested in the history of AML, and in particular the V8s. Does anyone know the total production figures for the Lagonda? Can anyone suggest a definative history reference book? I visited the factory on 2 occasions at the end of the 90s, but know very little of the fate of Newport-Pagnell, I understand the V8 now being out of production all together. I am also interested in talking to owners who have run Lagonda as a practical classic. Availability of spares/costs/workshop manuals etc? Is it a feasible home project to restore a scruffy Lagonda?
